Win an Ultimate Game Day Experience*

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. THE PRIZE: Ultimate Game Day Experience Package for four people to the North Queensland Cowboys v Brisbane Broncos Game on Saturday 10 August 2024 at Queensland Country Bank Stadium; a pre-match guided tour of the Hutchinson Builders Centre, Four tickets to the Hit Sky Deck, as well as food and beverages (substantial in-hand food offering, 3-hour beverage package of standard beer, wine and soft drinks).
2. Total prize pool is worth $3500. The price is in Australian dollars and excludes GST. Prizes will be sent electronically to the winner on 9 August 2024.
3. Winner is subject to T&C’s of the TeamShop merchandise credit.  The credit is valid for three years from date of purchase. Credit can be redeemed instore or online. 
4. Competition commences at 9am on Wednesday 5 June 2024 and closes at 5pm on Wednesday 31 July 2024. The draw will take place at noon on Thursday 1 August 2024 at Westfund Head Office, 59 Read Avenue, Lithgow, NSW 2790. The winner will be officially notified via phone or email. The winner will be chosen at random.

6. Entry is limited to one per person and open to residents of Queensland aged 18 years or older.
7. The prize does not include accommodation, travel to Queensland Country Bank Stadium or any costs incurred travelling to Queensland Country Bank Stadium.
8. Westfund and North Queensland Cowboys employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter or win.
9. Westfund reserves the right to verify the validity of entrants. Westfund reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for interfering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
10. Our announcement of the competition winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. We cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in the prize or the prize value.
12. The winning entrant agrees to have their name and/or image published on Westfund’s website: www.westfund.com.au/competition-winners.
13. Westfund is not liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of your prize.
14. While inside the boundaries of the Queensland Country Bank Stadium, Hutchinson Builders Centre and Hit Sky Deck, entrants will be bound by all laws, rules and regulations associated with those areas.
15. No responsibility is accepted for late entries after the promotion period has lapsed.
16. All entries become and remain the property of Westfund. We collect personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion. We may need to disclose your personal information to relevant State and Territory lottery departments. Winners' names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. If you do not provide your personal information, Westfund will not be able to enter you into this promotion. 17. We reserve the right to conduct a security verification check at our absolute discretion. Winners may be required to sign a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize.
18. Promotional materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
19. Printing errors and other quality control matters will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. All valid claims for prizes and entitlements will be met.
20. Westfund reserve the right to alter the Terms and Conditions at any time.
21. If the prize is not available for any reason, Westfund and North Queensland Cowboys reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value if the winner agrees in writing and subject to any written directions from any applicable regulatory authority. If the winner does not agree despite reasonable attempts by Westfund and North Queensland Cowboys to reach an agreement and the prize is not available due to circumstances beyond the North Queensland Cowboys and Westfund’s control, they may substitute the prize with another item or items determined by the North Queensland Cowboys and Westfund to be of equal or higher value.
22. UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW: If any prizes are unclaimed by 5pm Tuesday 6 August 2024 an unclaimed prize draw will take place on Wednesday 7 August 2024 at Westfund Head Office, 59 Read Avenue, Lithgow NSW 2790. The winner will be notified via telephone or email.
23. By entering this competition, you agree that you can be contacted by a Westfund staff member and receive marketing materials.
