Making an Extras claim is simple when using our online services – Members Online or our app. If you’re on-the-go, you can make a quick photo claim by taking a photo of your receipt and uploading it to our app. You can also lodge your claim online using Members Online. Sign in or register for Members Online today. Alternatively, you can email your extras claim to [email protected] attaching your completed claim form and any relevant receipts.
