How do I make a premium payment?

Making an instant premium payment is quick and easy. Simply log into Members Online or the Westfund app and use your Visa, Mastercard, or Apple Pay. 

Before proceeding to make your payment, please ensure that you have the following information ready:

  • Your login details for Members Online or the Westfund app
  • The payment amount you wish to make
  • Mastercard or Visa Credit card details.

How do I make a payment in Members Online?
  1. Log in to Members Online
  2. Click 'billing and payments' in the menu located on the left-hand side of the screen
  3. Select 'premium payments' in the dropdown menu
  4. Tap 'pay now'
  5. Enter the amount you would like to pay
  6. Select Credit Card or Apple Pay and follow the prompts
How do I make a payment in the Westfund app?
  1. Open or get the Westfund app and log in
  2. Tap more in the navigation bar and head to ‘premium payments’ under ‘billing and payments’
  3. Tap 'pay now'
  4. Enter the amount you would like to pay
  5. Select Credit Card or Apple Pay and follow the prompts
