Notice of change of Auditor

In accordance with s 329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 Grant Thornton Audit Pty Ltd formally resigned as the auditor of the Westfund Limited (the Company).

The Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) has given consent to the resignation and under s329(8) of the Corporations Act 2001 the resignation shall take effect on the date of this notice.

Ernst & Young has provided consent per s328A of the Corporations Act 2001 to be appointed the auditor of the Company and has confirmed that it has the necessary resources to complete the statutory obligations.

The change in auditor follows a competitive tender process for audit services.

The Westfund Board and management would like to take this opportunity to thank Grant Thornton for their support and exceptional professional service provided to Westfund over the years.
