Westfund expands its Board welcoming two new directors

Lithgow, NSW – Westfund Health Insurance has announced the appointment of Jenny Levy and Noeline Woof as non-executive directors to the Board of Westfund, effective February 2021.

The appointments will further strengthen Westfund’s Board of Directors in the areas of technology, cyber security, risk management and digital innovation. Ms Levy and Ms Woof join the fund at a critical time when it is laying the foundations for a strong and sustainable future through investments in digital and member-centric innovations.

Welcoming both appointees to the Board, Chair Mr Graeme Osborne noted the extensive experience they will bring at a critical time for the national health fund.

“Noeline has a distinguished 25-year career as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Actuary at Allianz Australia and Actuarial Partner at PWC. She has been a trusted adviser on risk and financial management in her current Board roles and will draw on decades of experience to strengthen Westfund’s strategy.”

“Jenny is an accomplished director who will add a depth of knowledge on technology, cyber security and digital strategy at a time when we are making substantial investments for the future. She’ll bring cross-industry experience as a former Chief Information Officer at Primary Health Care and Perpetual Limited and her current director roles.”
